Intended Use：

This kit is used for the qualitative detection of dengue virus (including four serotypes I, II, III and IV) RNA in human serum and plasma samples in vitro. Dengue virus is a flavivirus in the Flaviviridae family. Dengue fever is an acute vector-borne disease caused by dengue virus (DV). Four serotypes of dengue virus (DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3, and DENV-4) have been isolated, all of which are pathogenic.

*The test results of this kit are for clinical reference only, and cannot be used alone to confirm or exclude cases, nor to screen normal populations. Experiment operators should have received professional training in gene amplification or molecular biology method detection, and have relevant experimental operation qualifications. Laboratories should have reasonable biosafety precautions and protection procedures.
